How to Enrol a Patient?
If you would like to enrol a patient, please contact the Registry Coordinator to arrange an enrolment pack. Registry enrolment requires informed and voluntary consent by the individual, and Registry consent forms for children and adults are provided. Upon receiving signed consent, we would contact the treating cardiologist for clinical information relating to this patient.
Recruitment to the Registry is also being carried out at major cardiac genetic clinics in Australia, including some of those listed on the Cardiac Genetic Services page.
Alternatively, if you were to pass on the website or Registry Coordinators details to your patient, they could enrol themselves when convenient.
